Items labelled "UFD" or "Unlimited Furniture Delivery" receive our Unlimited Furniture Delivery rates. Additionally, most of these items include delivery inside your home where we will carefully unpack and inspect each item, place it in your room of choice, and provide assembly. For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed.
Furniture and select non-furniture items that qualify for UFD will be noted as such on our websites and in our source books. We offer Unlimited Furniture Delivery on applicable products for each order shipping to one address. Your furniture and select non-furniture items will be delivered by experienced white glove delivery professionals. You will be charged a flat rate based on your delivery area. We will not charge your account until your order has shipped, with the exception of deposits for special orders.

All items ship to Canada from the US. For customers either located in or shipping to Canada, all prices shown are in Canadian dollars (C $). With the exception of free shipping on all bed linens, other free shipping offers listed on our websites or in our source books do not apply to Canada shipments.
An additional charge will be applied to your order confirmation noting all applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rates based upon the location to which the order is being shipped. All provinces except Ontario, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland have 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) added to all orders.
The following provinces have PST (Provincial Sales Tax) added to all orders: British Columbia (7% PST), Manitoba (7% PST), and Saskatchewan (6% PST). New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island have 15% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Ontario has 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Quebec has 9.975% QST (Quebec Sales Tax) added to all orders. These applicable tax rates are subject to change.
For the Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto and Vancouver metropolitan areas, allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of stocked items and 45-60 days for special orders. For other metropolitan areas, allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of stocked items and 60-75 days for special orders.
