1859 English Fern Print 2 - Black
Henry Bradbury's 1859 botanical illustrations of English ferns were made by "nature printing," a process where each specimen is pressed into a plate of soft lead and an electrotype made from its impression. In essence, these are direct reproductions of the plant – unfiltered nature without layers of artistic interpretation. Our exacting reproductions capture the fine detail of the originals.
